Due to the expansion of our fleet we are looking for following galley positions to join our passenger expedition vessels:

Sous Chef
Pastry Chef  

Function demands maritime vacancy Pastry Chef / Sous Chef - Expedition vessel

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same or similar position
  • Hands-on approach to all operational aspects
  • Up to date with culinary trends and optimized galley processes
  • Able to demonstrate creative problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written English

  • Starting date: August 2021
  • Fixed rotation schedule +/- 2,5 months on/off
  • Permanent position
